Hiking and e-bike accompaniment

*Anton Honegger, a good friend of the family Schmidt, will be happy to take you on a hike in the Flims LAAX Falera region. For half a day or a whole day.
*Enthusiastic Schweizerhof staff will accompany you for two or more hours by e-bike to your chosen destination and back to the hotel.

Snow coaches

Isabel and Ralf are your snow coaches in Flims/Laax/Falera! They have several years of teaching experience and as locals they are very familiar with the pistes and the terrain.

Would you like to improve your skiing or snowboarding skills, learn telemarking or leave your tracks in the snow with cross-country skiing or snowshoes? We will gladly guide you through the snowy mountain world and guarantee unique guest care!

Pilates private lesson

The Pilates method is a holistic body training, in which especially the deep-seated, small, but usually weaker muscle groups are addressed, which ensure a correct and healthy posture. The training includes strength exercises, stretching and conscious breathing. The main principles of the Pilates method are; control, concentration, conscious breathing, centering, relaxation, movement and coordination.

Yoga private lesson

Treat yourself to a very individual time-out from everyday life. In the private yoga lesson, you decide where the focus should be. We concentrate on your personal, inner strength. This is evoked and strengthened through the combination of pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (yoga positions) and savasana (deep relaxation).
